Our Approach

bloom room therapy

At The Bloom Room, we believe that healing and growth happen when you feel seen, supported, and truly understood. Our approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions—because your story, your struggles, and your strengths are uniquely yours.

We blend evidence-based practices like EMDR, mindfulness, and parts work with a relational, down-to-earth style that helps you feel safe to explore and grow. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, the difficulties of parenthood for you or your teen, or relationship challenges, we meet you where you are—with empathy and curiosity, never judgment.

We see therapy as a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. It’s a place to untangle the overwhelm, rework old patterns, and cultivate deeper self-trust. Together, we’ll help you move toward a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and emotionally grounded.

Just like flowers, growth takes time—but with the right support, you can bloom.

Why We Do This Work

Our work is grounded in a simple belief: people deserve care that feels personal, consistent, and respectful.

We value being responsive, reliable, and fully present with the people who trust us with their stories. Every client’s experience is different, and we take pride in offering therapy that reflects that — thoughtful, individualized, and attuned.

You won’t get lost here. You’ll be known.

Who We Are

Two women sitting back to back on a wooden bench under a trellis with vines, smiling at the camera outdoors.

We’re Celynna and Rachel—two licensed therapists, longtime friends, and fellow dreamers who believe in the power of growth, connection, and creating spaces that feel both grounding and inspiring.

After years of building our individual private practices, we decided to come together to form Flourish: The Bloom Room—a collaborative space that blends compassionate, evidence-based therapy with creative energy and a touch of beauty.

We each bring our own specialties and experience—supporting women, couples, teens, and new moms through life’s transitions, trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. We also supervise associate therapists and are passionate about nurturing the next generation of clinicians.

Our hope is that when you step into our space—whether virtually or in person—you feel seen, supported, and gently guided toward the life you want to create. Healing doesn’t have to be cold or clinical. It can be warm, curious, and even a little creative.

We have an amazing team of therapists who we have personally hired, trained, and would trust with the care of our own family.
