Why I love this work

I love watching people fall back in love — with themselves and with each other. In individual therapy, I get to witness the courage of self‑acceptance and healing. In couples therapy, I’m honored to see partners soften, understand each other again, and find their way back to connection.

Therapy with me

My style is warm, relaxed, and down‑to‑earth. I bring humor and lightness when it’s helpful, and I’m also not afraid to be direct and hold up the mirror when growth calls for it. I want therapy to feel safe, real, and collaborative — a place where you can be fully yourself and still be gently challenged to grow.

What I hope you feel when you sit with me: safe — above all else. Safe to be honest, safe to feel, and safe to not have it all together. My hope is that you feel seen, understood, and supported as you do the brave work of showing up for yourself.

Who I’m most drawn to supporting

I love supporting women who feel overwhelmed or anxious, or who are carrying unprocessed trauma that keeps showing up in daily life. As a mom myself, I have a soft spot for working with other mothers — especially those trying to hold it all together. I also enjoy working with women with ADHD who are learning to navigate life with more compassion and structure. And I love working with couples — whether you’re laying the groundwork for a healthy relationship or finding your way back to each other after feeling disconnected.

Approaches I use

I draw from EMDR, IFS, and EFT in my work with individuals, and integrate Gottman Method and EFT with couples. My approach is flexible and experiential, guided by what feels most helpful for you.

How we’ll begin

We start wherever you are. Whether you’re in a crisis or simply feeling ready to go deeper, I follow your lead. We begin by getting to know your story, your strengths, and what you’re longing for — then we move forward together.

What helps healing

I believe healing happens when we allow ourselves to be truly seen — even the parts we’ve spent years hiding. When those deeper, darker parts are brought into the light and met with compassion, they’re not so scary anymore. That’s where growth begins.

What clients often say afterward

Clients often say I’m human first, therapist second. I’m real in the room — honest and warm — and I’m not afraid to laugh or sit in the hard stuff with you. My vibe shifts with what you need: sometimes calm and grounded, other times playful and light. I’ll make sure you feel understood, and when something needs to be named, I’ll lovingly hold up the mirror. It’s never about calling you out — it’s about seeing yourself with honesty and kindness.

What I hope you take with you

That you’re not broken. That healing is possible. And that you really can do this — even if it takes time, even if it’s messy.
